The school has an editorial policy which manifests itself through a number of publications: Initiales, a bi-annual magazine coproduced with the Fondation d'entreprise Ricard until 2019 ; Parlante, an annual magazine; monographs of artists from the school, published by the school or co-published with other structures; exhibition catalogues and booklets; reports from symposiums and seminars...
In addition to this, the school produces publications by artists that have been invited to work with the publishing department. This program of regular invitations has been built up over the years, and adheres to the highest standards inherent to an editorial adventure which allows each artist to benefit from the professional skills and print tools available in the school. This production of multiples is visible in our online catalogue and is occasionally presented during events which are open to the public.

Works published by the Ensba are on sale at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts of Lyon (discounts are available to students and bookshops).
